Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Please allow 3–7 business days for processing before your order is shipped. This allows us time to review and package your jewelry with care.

Shipping Times
    •    Domestic (U.S.): Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 2–7 business days, depending on your location and selected shipping method.
    •    International: Please allow 7–21 business days for international shipping after processing. Delivery times vary depending on your country’s customs process.

Taxes & Duties (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes charged by their country. These fees are not included in your order total and must be paid upon delivery. We do not cover or reimburse these charges.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking updates.

Important Notes
    •    We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once your order has been handed off to the shipping carrier.
    •    If your package is marked as delivered but you didn’t receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

    •    For added protection, we recommend selecting a shipping method that includes insurance and tracking.
